Product prices on our website are displayed in euros with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of order creation and are formed according to the average exchange rate of the NBS on the day of package dispatch and are valid for the next period. Payment is made in the currency of the country from which the product is ordered.

You can pay for your order online with MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Dina, or American Express cards that support online payments.

For cash on delivery, you pay the courier upon receipt of the package in your country's currency.

Serbia

Delivery in Serbia is carried out by the Bex courier service. Orders received by 4 PM on any working day will be delivered the next working day.

For all orders with a minimum value of 69 EUR, HelloSmile provides free delivery.

For all orders with a value below 69 EUR, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 3 EUR.

If you have chosen cash on delivery, you pay for the package in your country's currency (in dinars).

NOTE:
The delivery time of the package does not depend on the merchant, but solely on the courier service (in this case, the Bex courier service).

In case of high interest and demand for Hello Smile products in your cart, if the desired product cannot be delivered within the estimated time, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.



Croatia

Delivery in Croatia is done via GLS, and packages usually arrive at their destination within 24 hours. GLS will inform you about the upcoming delivery via SMS.

For all orders with a minimum value of 69 EUR, HelloSmile provides free delivery.

For all orders with a value below 69 EUR, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 5.50 EUR.

If you have chosen cash on delivery, you pay for the package in your country's currency (in kunas).

In case of high interest and demand for Hello Smile products in your cart, if the desired product cannot be delivered within the estimated time, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ordered HelloSmile products are sent by A2B express mail within 24 hours of receiving the order. The delivery period for packages is 1-3 working days. The courier will attempt to deliver the shipment twice. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will call you at the phone number you provided when ordering and arrange a new delivery time with you.

If you have chosen cash on delivery, you pay for the package in your country's currency (in convertible marks).

For all orders with a minimum value of 69 EUR, HelloSmile provides free delivery.

For all orders with a value below 69 EUR, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 4.86 EUR.

Montenegro

Ordered HelloSmile products are sent by Post Express courier service within 24 hours of receiving the order. The delivery period for packages is 1-3 working days, and if you do not pick up the package from the courier, it will wait for you at the post office for the next five days.

For all orders with a minimum value of 69 EUR, HelloSmile provides free delivery.

For all orders with a value below 69 EUR, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 3.63 EUR.

Worldwide Shipping

Ordering and payment for international deliveries are exclusively done through our website using payment cards. The delivery time cannot be precisely specified due to the OSS (One Stop Shop) law regarding the right to retain goods in the customs zone of the recipient country.

HelloSmile disclaims all additional recipient costs due to the aforementioned customs clearance.

For all orders with a minimum value of 69 EUR, HelloSmile provides free delivery.

For all orders with a value below 69 EUR, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and amount to 8 EUR.

Information on the tracking number and method of shipment tracking will be provided via email. In case of unsuccessful delivery to the home address, please pick up the package at the local post office. If the package is not picked up, the cost of resending will be borne by the buyer.
