We proudly guarantee that your teeth will be at least two shades whiter after using our product.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the HelloSmile pen, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the HelloSmile pen.

To successfully apply for a refund:

Take a clear picture of your teeth before using our product

Use our product exactly as directed

Take a clear picture after the fourteenth treatment

Send an email to info@tryhellosmile.com with your before and after photos

Once approved, return the product to us according to the instructions. From the moment the HelloSmile pen order is received, you have 14 days to apply for a refund request

Applications that do not follow these steps will not be approved for a refund.
* Please ensure that you have taken a before and after photo in similar lighting, as we do not approve refunds if there are drastic lighting differences. Before and after photos must include the date they were taken.
